Zhen works at both the Kirrawee and Cronulla practice. He also provides dental treatment under General Anaesthetic and Sedation. Zhen likes treating littles kids and big kids to make them feel welcome and relaxed.
While he takes time to explain and analyze your individual treatment, he listens to your feedback. Zhen also enjoys his foodie outings and watching Bluey with his children.

Pauline has returned from maternity leave since 2023 and is currently seeing all her loyal patients. Additionally, Pauline recommenced her passion for teaching in 2026 and has taken up the role of Professional Practitioner within the School of Dentistry with the University of Sydney. In this education-focused role, she oversees postgraduate dental student integrated clinics and shares her extensive clinical experience and knowledge to create and foster a transformational supportive learning environment for the students in a part-time capacity.
Dr Zhen Mashen is a fellow of the Australasian College of Dental Surgeons.
This means he has excelled at university, and has undergone extra studies and examinations above and beyond the other Dentists. In other words, he and his colleagues really know what they are doing.
A little bit about us and the Bio Dental Care Story
Established in 1956 by Dr. Raleigh Mathews BDS (Syd), Bio Dental Care adopted its current name in 2004 when Dr. Pauline Myint BDS Hons (Syd) Clin Assoc (Syd) and Dr. Zhen Mashen BDS (Syd) Clin Assoc (Syd) FRACDS joined the practice. From a one dentist-one assistant practice, Bio Dental Care now has three dentists and four dental assistants.
